Can Prof Panels also be customized?
Certainly! There are many LED panels on the market, ranging from cheap to very expensive. But what makes a panel a good panel? UGR value? Lumen/watt ratio? A PMMA LGP layer? The Chip and the Driver?
UGR value
When choosing panels, many people have a lot of questions. What should you look out for when selecting panels? Cheap often turns out to be expensive. Pay attention to the UGR value, for example. A UGR (Unified Glare Rating) of <19 is good for office spaces. UGR is related to visual discomfort, and the lower the UGR, the better. Improved panels can even increase productivity. The UGR also ensures that there is no glare or dazzle.
Lumen/watt ratio
At QLA, we have the best panel to date. These new Prof panels are highly economical and energy-saving. The Prof panel has a very good lumen/watt ratio (the higher, the better) of 130 lumens/watt and is versatile, suitable for stores, offices, kitchens, corridors, technical rooms, restrooms, and more. It is now available in 3000K and 4000K, with a warranty of 3 years (optional 5)!
Why don't these Prof panels discolor? These Prof panels do not discolor thanks to a PMMA LGP layer. But what does this mean? This PMMA LGP plate, measuring 3mm, ensures that the light from the panel is evenly distributed over the surface and remains so for years. Through the use of a reflection mechanism, the panel achieves a more efficient light output. Thanks to all this, the panel will maintain its color and not decrease in brightness over time, unlike the cheap panels on the market!
The Chip and the Driver
It is also important that the LED Chip used is of good quality. Our Prof Panel features 208 high-quality 2835 SMD Chips. A chip of good quality is essential to ensure that the panel does not fail prematurely and reaches its expected lifespan. Our PROF panels have a very long lifespan, guaranteed up to 50,000 hours. In addition to the Chip, the Driver is also important. A non-flicker driver is the best option. Our non-flicker driver, like the UGR value, ensures that the light does not flicker and cause disturbance. Using a cheap panel without a non-flicker driver can even lead to health problems such as fatigue, headaches, neurological issues, and even epileptic seizures.
Dimensions, Color, and Certifications
Our new Custom Prof panels are available in various sizes (including non-standard sizes not shown on our website. Contact us for more information). The panels have an IP rating of 20 (for indoor use only). Available in 3000K and 4000K. Naturally, our panels undergo extensive testing and are equipped with all the necessary certifications, including CE and RoHS.
