Why LED Prof Panels?
There are numerous LED panels available in the market, ranging from cheap to very expensive. But what makes a panel a good one? UGR value? Lumen/watt ratio? PMMA LGP layer? The Chip and the Driver?
UGR value
When choosing panels, many people have a lot of questions. What should you look for when selecting panels? Often, going for the cheapest option turns out to be more expensive in the long run. For example, pay attention to the UGR value. A UGR (Unified Glare Rating) of <19 is good for office spaces. UGR relates to visual discomfort caused by glare, and the lower the UGR, the better. A better panel can even increase productivity. The UGR also ensures that there is no glare or dazzle.
Lumen/Watt ratio
At LED Flatlight, we have the best panel to date. These new Prof panels are highly economical and energy-saving. The Prof panel has an excellent lumen/watt ratio (the higher, the better) of 130 lumens/watt and is versatile, suitable for applications such as shops, offices, kitchens, hallways, technical rooms, toilets, and more. It is now available in 3000K and 4000K, with a 3-year warranty (optional 5)!
Why don't these Prof panels discolor? These Prof panels do not discolor thanks to a PMMA LGP layer. But what does this mean? This PMMA LGP sheet, with a thickness of 3mm, ensures that the light from the LED panel is evenly distributed over the surface and remains so for years. By using a reflection mechanism, the panel achieves a more efficient light output. Thanks to all this, the panel maintains its color and does not decrease in brightness over time, unlike cheaper panels on the market!
The Chip and the Driver
Another important aspect is the quality of the LED chip used. Our Prof Panel features 208 high-quality 2835 SMD chips. A chip of good quality is crucial as you wouldn't want the panel to fail prematurely and not reach its expected lifespan. Our PROF panels have a very long lifespan, guaranteed up to 50,000 hours. In addition to the chip, the driver is also important. A non-flicker driver is the best choice. Our non-flicker driver, just like the UGR value, ensures that the light does not flicker and cause discomfort. Using a cheap panel without a non-flicker driver can lead to health problems, such as fatigue, headaches, neurological issues, and even epileptic seizures.
Dimensions, Color, and Certifications
Our new Prof panels come in white aluminum with dimensions of 595 x 595 mm and 295 x 1195 mm, and they have an IP rating of 20 (for indoor use only). They are available in 3000K and 4000K. Rest assured, our panels have undergone extensive testing and have obtained all the necessary certifications, including CE, RoHS, EMC, LVD.
Choose better lighting and opt for Prof Panels.
All panels are supplied with a standard Europlug, but a GST-18 plug is also possible. We also offer dimmable versions (Dali, 0-10V). Custom panel sizes are also available. Think of 95 x 1195, 145 x 1245, 280 x 1220, and so on. Anything is possible.
